Job Title: Office Sales Executive
Location: Preston Docks - PR2 2YP
Salary: £28,000.00 per year - dependent on demonstrable experience with a realistic OTE between £35,000.00 - £40,000.00
Job type: Full Time, Permanent role, 25 - 37.5 hours per week

Through various digital channels, this role will allow you to successfully reach out to business owners, in niche markets, build new & existing relationships and help them to start the journey to exit their business.

- Proven experience in a business development or lead generation role.
- Experienced in prospecting via Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective market research and identify potential clients.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
What will your role as a Office Sales Executive look like?
- Utilise various channels and strategies to generate high-quality leads (mainly Linkedin Premium - Sales Navigator)
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business acquisition.
- Assess the suitability of leads by understanding their business needs, criteria and motivations.
- Gather essential information to determine the potential for successful business transactions.
- Qualify and schedule appointments for Corporate Directors to visit and conduct business valuations.
- Conduct proactive follow-up on leads to see if they wish to instruct us to sell or if the buyers wish to acquire the instruction.
- Implement strategies to convert leads into clients interested in selling their businesses through our brokerage.
- Work closely with Corporate Directors and the management team to understand market trends and client needs.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Manage the full journey from generating corporate leads to account management
- Drive data capture, ensuring email campaigns can be constantly enriched
- Develop a strong presence on Linked-In trough the CRM
- Consistently work towards meeting the minimum KPI's of the role

The Candidate:
- Business development: 2 years (preferred)
- Outbound Sales experience to high-net-worth individuals
- Deal-Making experience
