Sales and Lettings Negotiator – Yarm/Acklam – Up to £27,000 + HUGE commission
New Sales and Lettings Negotiator role to join a leading, award winning, multi regional estate and letting agency. The firm are continuing their success, growing more branches, and are therefore now looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for their fantastic residential sales.

What you will be doing
- Agreeing sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Generating and booking valuations
- Conducting property viewings
- Dealing with lettings negotiations
- Providing market insight and expert advice and secure new instructions
- Sales and lettings progression
- Build relationships with Vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Actively pursue and identify new business to grow the register
- Prepare property details and write descriptions and arrange photographs and floorplans
What you’ll have
- Experienced Sales or Lettings Negotiator
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
