Overview: As a Campaigns Specialist you will play a crucial role in implementing managing and optimizing paid digital activation for various campaign activities. Youll be integral in planning cycles collaborating with crossfunctional teams and contributing to the evolution of our Technology Solutions offering.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance organic social social listening monitoring and influencer marketing services.
- Devise appropriate routes to engage the target audience on various social platforms.
- Guide clients on the best campaign strategy advising on the use of paid and social activation.
- Manage digital activation and social media strategy treating our company as if a fully paid client.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of digital marketing technology for multiple clients.
- Challenge and innovate current service offerings seeking service development opportunities.
- Lead personal development discussions with direct reports.
Your Skills:
- Experience in a similar role managing social and paid activation activity.
- Demonstrated performancedriven approach to campaign planning and execution.
- Direct client liaison experience comfortable challenging briefs for optimal results.
- Working knowledge of social marketing listening and monitoring services.
- Social media advocacy devising effective approaches to engage with target personas across channels.
- Working knowledge across programmatic channels and multiple online activation channels.
- Experience with digital marketing technologies including analytics email marketing and CMS management.
- Highly analytical with a logical mindset based on data.
- Adaptable and comfortable holding activationfocused conversations with stakeholders.
- Performanceoriented adaptable and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for interactions with team members leadership and clients.
