Our client, a successful L500 rated regional law firm based in north Essex seeks to appoint an experienced property litigation lawyer to join their growing team.
Joining this friendly, partner led team you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of residential and commercial property related disputes as well as some civil litigation work.
You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of long -standing clients. Whilst a minimum of 3 years' experience would be ideal, there is some flexibility and the firm is interested to speak to more experienced lawyers at senior associate level or equivalent. In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with another recognised regional or national firm.

New opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor to join this L500 rated Essex firm.
You will undertake a diverse and challenging caseload of predominantly property litigation matters consisting of both residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
There is also the opportunity to be involved in more general litigation matters including breach of contract, consumer disputes, injunctions, construction disputes, professional negligence and contentious probate.
You will be able to demonstrate exceptional client service, have strong negotiation and communication skills and be able to develop lasting professional relationships.
