Job description
The Role
Develop and write GTM plan for the business.
Proactively seek and drive new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales.
Develop and build a strong sales pipeline that enables targets to be met.
Identify client needs and create intelligent account plans that are appropriate.
Create compelling sales proposals and present appropriate solutions to clients.
Weekly, monthly reporting to senior management and board level.
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
Maintain consistent and accurate records within the CRM system.
Work in collaboration across all functioning services to develop and implement new service lines and bundled solutions.
Secure clients to pass onto account managers.
Research businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients.
The PersonComprehensive knowledge and understanding of the sales process and best practices.
Proven experience of driving sales within the security sector.
The ability to Identify, qualify and win new business.
Proven ability to analyze market trends to seek new customers.
A good network of contacts would be highly desirable.
Excellent customer services skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Previous experience with a proven Sales / BD background.
