Marketing Manager
Family Owned Retail Business are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns, contributing to market research initiatives, delivering outstanding customer service, providing support to the sales team, and fostering collaboration within the sales and marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Contribute to market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all customers. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Utilize and apply expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media, Point of Sales and CRM tools to optimize marketing effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have proficient communication and customer service skills. Proven experience in marketing and a familiarity with SEO, PPC, Social Media, and CRM tools.
