Onboarding and Procurement Supervisor
Gloucester
Full Time, Permanent position; Offering a salary of £28,875.
We are looking for an organised, Trustworthy and Hardworking Supervisor to join our team based in Gloucester.
Experience as a supervisor and managing a team is an essential. Knowledge of procurement and purchasing would be preferred and even better to have this knowledge with the construction/building trade.

About the Role:
As an Onboarding and Procurement Supervisor you will be responsible a team that provide support services to the branches including purchase order processing, Supplier & subcontractor management, & van-stock implementation.
Duties will include;
· Managing the procurement admin team.
· Answering telephone calls from operative for purchasing
· Managing purchasing requests from service now
· Setting up new supplies onto the database
· Appraisals
· One to one reviews
· Organising the rota for continual phone cover
· Managing the subcontractor onboarding process
· Managing van stock set-up
· Property Database Management
· Setting up new Properties
· Managing holiday requests
· Adhoc office duties
Role Criteria:
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor who has the ability to prioritise their workload efficiently, can stay calm under pressure, has the ability to manage strong personalities and has excellent telephone manner to all they come in contact with.
We are keen to meet candidates who have worked in a similar role within Construction or Building trades.
· Knowledge of Procurement and Purchase
· Confidence in leasing with 3rd parties, subcontractor procurement process
· Ability to communicate at all levels from various backgrounds.
· Strong IT skills
· Call Handling experience
· Supervisory experience
· Customer Service
· Service Now experience [but not essential]
