Job description

What you will do in your working day

Key Tasks:

• To work as part of a 3-person team providing the daily support for all customs matters to our customers
• Inputting customs clearance documents in a timely and accurate manner to ensure minimal delays to the supply chain
• Customer support/assistance, answering customer questions and providing guidance where required
• Learning the in-house auditing process to ensure compliance with HMRC regulation
• Working alongside our warehouse support team in Tilbury to ensure a smooth journey along the supply chain

The training you will be getting

You will receive:

• Level 2 Supply Chain Operative
• Option to proceed to Level 3
• 20% learning (minimum)
