About the Pub
The Prince of Wales is a newly invested pub in the heart of Chorley town centre, it boasts one of the latest licenses in Chorley of 4am on a Friday & Saturday. The pub already performs well and has masses of potential to unlock, large bar service area, numerous large HD TVs situated in perfect locations to get great views of all the live Sky and TNT sports the site currently offers. The pub has a pool table and pool team, dart board and the site transforms to a late-night venue with raised dance floor and DJ booth area. On top of this the pub has a very busy daytime passing trade to help maximise the potential of the venue. Regional Manager's Thoughts Regional Manager Matt believes: This pub needs a strong experienced Operator who can take on the challenge of getting the site to £15k per week. We are looking for an Operator that wants to excel, be dynamic but professional who can tap into the late-night market, as-well as drive the sports offering and build the daytime trade which is currently underperforming. We need the next Operator to have experience working closely with police and licensing as they will need to be heavily involved within the town centre pub watch scheme. Surrounding Area Situated in the heart of Chorley Town centre, 10-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by numerous high street shops, cafes and bars and large entertainment complex with Cinema within 5-minute walk.
