Key Responsibilities: - Achieve new business and sustainability targets.
- Identify prospects and conduct lead generation.
- Confidently make phone calls and presentations
- Convert leads into procurement and sustainability sales.
- Upsell products/services to existing customers.
- Support sales skill-set growth in teams
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to contracts.
- Communicate new products and company developments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Over 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Positive communicator with high empathy and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about finding solutions for customers.
- Experience in energy procurement and contract negotiation (beneficial)
