Job description
Any production experience within a food production environment would be highly desirable, however we are keen to speak to Operatives with any type of production experience.
Duties includes:
- Ensuring all correct ingredients are prepared for the mix
- Lifting 25KG of raw ingredients into the mixers
- Running of the production lines and operating of machine
- Packing of the end product
- Washing and cleaning work stations
- Completing any associated paperwork
Hours/Pay:
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- You will be working rotating days & nights – 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am
- £10.90 days / £11.23 nights / £14 after 12 weeks for both shifts
- Overtime available during busy periods (Up to £21.04 per hour (Days) / £21.40 per hour (Nights)
Prior to starting the role, onsite visits are available to walk around the factory floor and see the machines in operation. This enables you to gain a good understanding of the role and its duties.
