OVERVIEW
We are lookingto recruit a Membership Consultant to sell Leisure Club Membership for the 5*Celtic Manor Resort and encourage people to join our exclusive club anddiscover a world of luxury facilities in stylish surroundings.
WHATARE WE LOOKING FOR …
Boastingtwo Health Clubs, you will need to be passionate about our products andcompany as this role contributes to the success of our business. You mayoften be the first point of contact for prospective members so an upbeat,professional appearance and attitude is a must.
The successfulcandidate will provide an efficient and professional service to all, in linewith 5* standards. Experience in a similar role is essential for thisposition so someone from a sales environment would be ideal.
WHATYOU’LL DO …
Responsible for the sales cycle youwill be confident in showing prospective members our facilities, closingsales and building relationships to maintain long term customer loyalty.
You will need to be resultsorientated, motivated to succeed, have experience of selling face to face andhave the ability to build a rapport quickly. Meeting targets is part of thisrole along with the ability to use Microsoft packages Word and Excel. Youwill also require good written and verbal communication skills in English.
