Your new role
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for investigating and collating the evidence and supporting data required by the Sales Governance Manager and Legal Team, for use in court during Claims Management Company (CMC) hearings. In addition, you will also have responsibilities to support the onboarding and ongoing oversight of all BMW Group Financial Services Sales Intermediaries.
- Conducting thorough investigations of CMC Case relevant agreements, ensuring all relevant data is recorded accurately and provided to the relevant stakeholders promptly within stipulated timescales
- Assisting the Sales Governance Manager to review-coming cases, manage workload and review historical case data
- Maintaining accurate records of completed work and using these records to provide regular reporting to the management team
- Working with the Finance and Insurance Specialists to complete due diligence checks of our Sales Intermediaries
- Supporting the Sales Teams with the onboarding of new Sales Intermediaries ensuring compliance with our data and regulatory obligations
- Updating relevant systems accurately and in a timely manner where appropriate
- Completing regular data reviews to ensure our records are kept in good order
- Adhering to our regulatory requirements by completing necessary training, ensuring that any non-compliance, suspicious activities, customer detriment or regulatory risks are identified and reported promptly
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to consistently maintain high standards of output whilst maintaining agreed service-level-turn around times.
- Previous experience in the Automotive or Financial Services industry is desirable.
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or monitoring role is desirable.
- SAF Expert level achieved and maintained
- Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- A good knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting business and/or willingness to learn them
- Strong verbal/written communication and report writing skills

Contract: 12 month rolling contract where you will be engaged via Hays
Work Scheme: Hybrid working after training (2 days in office and 3 days at home)
