Salary / Rate of pay: £28,000 - £33,000 D.O.E + £350 - £450 per month service charge
Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a award wining 4 Star Hotel in Weybridge, Surrey and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join their team.

What's involved?
As Chef de Partie you will be working within a large team of chefs, your role will be to assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef to produce exciting dishes using the freshest local produce available. You will need to have experience working in a busy, vibrant environment and have good understanding of fresh produce. The are looking for someone who will fit into their friendly team, who is punctual, has a can do attitude and has a real passion for food.
