Duties of a Helpdesk coordinator:

• Daily general administrative duties
• taking and escalating phone calls
• ops & logistics
• Data entry
• Client liaison
• book travel arrangements

Desired Experience for a HelpdeskCoordinator:

• Experience in a similar role
• Ideally experience within an FM environment
• Be able to problem solve
