We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our dedicated team. You will provide support for curriculum delivery and promoting the social, emotional, and mental well-being of students throughout the school by collaborating closely with teachers, senior teaching assistants, and teaching assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote consistently high expectations and monitor pupil progress, providing targeted academic and pastoral support.
· Identify and address learning difficulties by implementing initiatives to remove barriers to learning.
· Plan and prepare small group interventions, participating in all stages of the planning cycle, including evaluation.
· Develop and prepare resources tailored to individual pupil needs in alignment with lesson plans.
· Provide detailed feedback on lesson content, pupil responses, and behaviour to teachers, pupils, and senior leadership.
· Support the teaching of the full curriculum and ensure equal access to learning opportunities for all pupils.
