Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Creative Team of Caprice Holdings and manage all the creative projects. As part of this role you will be working closely with the creative director, creative and marketing teams, on how to bring each concept to life.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and manage projects across all channels for the Creative department
- Help manage workflow of the creative team: briefing from Marketing team, management of priorities and deadlines to delivery of required assets
- Work closely with the Marketing team to clarify and validate briefs, including objectives and any relevant KPIs
- Attend core briefings/kick-offs and ensure all minutes are recorded and distributed to the relevant team members
- Log in all the briefs & responsibilities into Asana (project management software)
- Engage, interact and liaise with external agencies and third parties, to deliver on requirements for all projects. This may include external creative agencies, print suppliers and other specialists. Example of project could be: briefing illustration agency on new menu design, support with production of marketing/PR collaterals such as baubles for Christmas, seasonal Festive pins, event invites etc.
- Support the team with management of installation suppliers ; budgets & critical path
- Lead creative teams to produce the best quality work on every project
- Ensure current campaign, channel and department processes are followed. Assist with new process documentation where relevant.
- Create and update project plans where relevant, to ensure that key milestones are met throughout the creative process
- Provide weekly project status reports to Creative Director to ensure all projects are on track
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in managing a creative studio in-house or in agency
- Experience in either fashion, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle industry
- Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders, especially marketing and creative teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Self-sufficient individual that works with energy and enthusiasm
- Confident, calm, and balanced under pressure
- Result oriented and driven
- Previous experience in project management software such as Trello or Asana would be desirable but not essential
- Shows willingness to 'go beyond' and exceed expectations for their team and department.
