A great opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancing solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a modern and well established firm in Newcastle

The opportunity
- Opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well established team in Newcastle or Sunderland
- You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters including but not limited to sales, purchases, new builds, help to buy, remortgages
- You will work in a friendly and supportive team.
- The firm invests in bespoke development training for each employee.
You
- You will be a residential conveyancer competent dealing with a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- You will have prior knowledge of plot sales, new builds, help to buy, lease hold, free hold
- You will be confident, driven and hardworking
