• Assessing and evaluating patient conditions, planning, implementing, providing, and documenting patient care in a manner that follows professional nursing standards and outlines practices.
• Drawing blood, checking vital signs, monitoring blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and ensuring that IV lines are maintained.
• Facilitating the speedy recovery of patients through various treatment methods and procedures.
• Offering advice and emotional support to patients and their families, educating them on medication use, healthy habits, and preventive measures.

The ideal candidate will have experience on the surgical ward and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. They should be excellent communicators and team workers, flexible, motivated, and committed to the highest standards of patient care. Includes long days and nights with a salary up to £37000. What you'll need to succeed

• Valid NMC Registration
• Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
• Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice
• Awareness of the NMC code of Accountability
• Surgical Ward experience
