Location  Flexible working - Sunderland

Salary £25,664 + excellent benefits

Hours  35 hours per week (flexible working)

Status Fixed term to 31 March 2025

Are you a passionate person who aspires to build positive relationships, inspire positive change, and make a real difference in lifting people out of poverty? 

The successful candidate will be working on our Relational Mentoring service across Sunderland City Council area and play a key role in our enterprise. You will inspire positive change in your customers and strive to empower individuals to reveal the right journey for them. Our service is unique in the sense that no two customers will have the same journey. 

As a Digital Tutor you will take ownership of your own caseload of customers, delivering 121 learning and support to achieve both accredited and non-accredited digital learning outcomes to help them achieve their goals through multiple channels and tailoring appropriate and creative learning opportunities. You will have a teaching qualification to level 4, be qualified to level 4 or higher in Digital and Technical Skills or equivalent and have the ability to find innovative ways to engage and support your customers, to help identify and find informed solutions to your customer’s learning needs.
