Telesales Representative - Newton Abbot, UK

Are you an experienced Telesales Representative looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client in Newton Abbot, UK. As a Telesales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth of our business.

Telesales - Salary:
- £25k basic with OTE £35k
Contract Type:
- Permanent
Employment Hours:
- Full-time, Part Time will also be considered 

Telesales - Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system

Telesales - Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
