Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Description: Part OR Full time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days (flexible) in a modern, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Cannock, Staffordshire.
•            £13+ per UDA
•            Excellent private potential - 50% split
•            Existing well maintained and stable patient list
•            Excellent Google Reviews - 4.8*
•            Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice
•            Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, Intra Oral Cameras
•            Air conditioned surgeries
•            Full support team including Practice Manager on-site
•            Working hours 9-5 pm, with some flexibility
•            Practice has a good reputation and long standing staff
•            Practice offers General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontic Referrals, Invisalign & Smile Makeover
•            Principal Dentist working towards MSc in Orthodontics and will assist associate with cases if required
•            Principal Dentist would consider offering a business partnership in the future
•            15 minutes to Cannock, 20 mins to Sutton Coldfield, 30 minutes to Walsall, Stafford and Wolverhampton. 
•            Available now, start date negotiable.

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
