Job description
Our client is a luxury brand that provides high-quality products to its clients. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team and drive the company’s engagement and awareness forward.
The business is looking to bring the marketing in house after outsourcing for a number of years. The key part of the business is to look at Acquisition Marketing, through Print and Publication, Direct Marketing, and work with the Ecommerce Manager and Marketing Manager to increase Brand Awareness
Key Responsibilities:
- Head the development of marketing strategies and initiatives that align with the core brand message
- Lead the creation of marketing briefs for all key strategies and ensure they are effectively communicated
- Manage and motivate a team to deliver marketing activities, campaigns, and collaborations
- Build strategies for customer engagement programmes to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Work closely with digital teams, eCommerce, social media, and executives to ensure all marketing campaigns are in alignment with the core brand message
- Plan and execute all company-wide marketing activity for high-end products being sold to both Business to Consumer and Trade.
- Utilise acquisition marketing through print and publication, direct marketing, and work with the eCommerce Manager to increase brand awareness.
- Report directly to the Commercial Director.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in driving multi-channel marketing programs
- Demonstrable experience in acquisition marketing within a luxury etail background.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with creativity in developing impactful campaigns
- Ideally you will come from a High-End Furniture Retail background where you will have demonstratable experience in acquisition marketing
Due to the location a car driver is essential
