Job description
The States of Guernsey is looking for a Staff Nurse (Band 5) to work within its Adult Community Services.
The Service provides assistance in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care for clients. This position will require the post holder to work in the clients homes without direct supervision. They will also be required to assist with the management of caseloads in order to provide a high quality service as well as providing assistance in the supervision, deployment and teaching of staff and student nurses. You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team acting as a mentor, preceptor/supervisor. We offer a full relocation package which includes interview and relocation travel, this is in addition to our competitive pay, and our additional annual bonus scheme of £3,000, payable after two and four years. Furthermore we offer subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the Island alone, and an 8 year Employment Permit for those wishing to bring a partner or family.
