Talent Acquisition Partner - 12 Month FTC

LGC Group

Location

Twickenham, Greater London | United Kingdom

Job description

There has never been a better time to work in science. LGC’s “Grant Management Group” (GMG), is a diverse team of 300 friendly people, who together manage £0.5 billion of health research funding on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care. This means we help decide which organisations are allocated money to develop their health research, and we then monitor that funding. Previously this has included projects around cancer, diabetes, global health and dementia for example. We are very proud to have commissioned critical research supporting the development of the Oxford/Astra Zeneca Covid vaccine. We make a real difference to people’s health and lives and are passionate about what we do.

Job Description

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the LGC GMG team, on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for shaping, managing and improving the end-to-end recruitment process.

We are looking for someone to build our reputation as an employer of choice, someone who is passionate about sourcing the best talent and candidates to fill our vacancies. The Talent Acquisition Partner will reflect on our successes and failures and constantly seek to improve the way we advertise, interview and offer.
