Recognised as one of the market's leading Employment practices, our client's London team runs the full gamut of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.
The group is now looking for a 1-3 PQE Solicitor, who has sound practical experience, a strong academic background, good business judgement and strong interpersonal skills.
The team covers not only standalone advisory and corporate transactional support, but also provides clients with a more tailored approach, which includes providing training, regular legal bulletins and a broad range of value-added services.
Responsibilities will include advising on restructuring programmes, employment contracts, HR policies, diversity initiatives, managing employment tribunal claims (in addition to corresponding litigation and mediation) and business development.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate both transactional and litigation experience.
