Job description

We need a voluntary Trustee to help run our charity. We are looking for someone with HR experience, with current and up-to-date knowledge.

What will you be doing?

Our board is currently made up of experts in Health and Safety, Finance, Social Care, and Education, and we would like to add an expert in Human Resources.

What are we looking for?

HR experience at a management level

What difference will you make?

The new trustee would provide us with extra knowledge in HR and an opportunity to help the board of trustees to understand the nuances of managing people. This could lead to improvements in our already highly successful social care provision.
