Job description
You will support the Directors and Partners on advisory projects including:
Company restructuring
Shareholder tax planning
Employee share schemes
Dividend planning
Tax efficient share structures
Acquisition and disposal of private companies / structuring and tax due diligence
Management buy outs
Estate planning
Dealing with HM Revenue & Customs enquiries
A broad knowledge of corporate, personal, capital and business taxes is therefore essential as is experience in delivering tax planning projects. You must work well in a team and enjoy building client relationships.
