Job description

We are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing business located in Northwich in the recruitment of a financial controller.

The business is seeking to appoint a dynamic and driven financial controller on an upward trajectory in their career. You will be leading a small growing finance team, with experience in managing business financial performance.

This role is very hands-on and will suit an individual who want to drive the business growth forward

Duties include:

• Production and Presentation of a Monthly Pack to Director Level
• Budgeting and forecast
• Managing the Preparation of Statutory Accounts
• Financial operations
• Providing Commercial and Financial Guidance to other members of the Team
• Business Partnering
• Provide analytical and financial support
• Financial Quality Control
• Financial analysis

YOU:

• Be experienced in leading a finance function.
• Have proven experience of business partnering and FP&A
• Transformation/change experience
• ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant
• Demonstrate a commercial awareness.
• Be Strategically minded, and capable of communicating a finance vision to non-finance colleagues.
• Have experience of setting up and maintaining financial controls
• System implementation
