Job description
Our client are seeking to appoint a Shift Administrator on a fixed term contract of 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a FMCG.
As a Shift Administrator you will be required to carry out the following; · Management and maintenance of labour efficiency data (data entry using Excel spread sheets). · Carry out weekly stock checks of components, stationery and consumables · Ensure suspended and back-order transactions are cleared on a daily basis · Ensure zero bulk at end of batch as required · Oversee rework production, ensuring that non-conformance paperwork is correct and raise other associated paperwork, including rework information packs · Raise and receipt purchase orders and maintain an associated tracker to monitor expenditure on stationery, consumables, 5S equipment and Reach Truck repairs. · Oversee the calibration of aerosol quality testing equipment. · Provide general administrative support to the Operations department, including monitoring of internal KPIs, updating training records and e. mailing Agency timesheets on a weekly basis. · Ensure the daily collection and data input of Non Shop Logix Toiletries Lines · Perform the departmental walk around induction and be point of contact for new starters · Undertake ad hoc project admin work for Departmental Management · Label printing for off standard production runs Qualifications and Experience- Essential for the role of Shift Administrator · Good standard of general education; · Experience working in a FMCG environment; · Stock management experience; · Excellent IT skills; · Thorough understanding of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (e.g. X3); · G.C.S.E. Mathematics and English, Grades A*-C (or equivalent); · A proven record of completing tasks to deadlines; Essential Skill and Aptitude Requirements for the role of Shift Administrator · A self-starter, capable of working on their own initiative with minimal supervision · Team Worker · A flexible and adaptable attitude to work in line with task demands, taking a proactive approach to work · Exceptional organisational skills · Able to communicate effectively with people throughout the organisation · A positive approach to change; Hours of work : AM/PM shift pattern rotational basis ( 6am-1.30p.m / 1.30 p.m.- 9.30 p.m.)Job tags
