Job description
This renowned family dining brand is looking for a restaurant assistant manager to join the management team . The business have a strong market position and offer lots of progression opportunities. A company that offers fantastic training. The main responsibilities of the restaurant assistant manager is to help support the general manager in the running of the restaurant. They will be getting involved with the recruitment, training and development of staff and will be the driving force of great customer service throughout the restaurant. Coming from a hospitality background, you will have experience in managing a team, leading and motivating staff. You will be able to demonstrate your high standards and that you are target driven. The role is paying up to £32,500 and includes a great bonus (worth up to 50% of salary) and benefits package. The brand are known to be progressive with their managers as a lot of senior managers have developed within the company.
