Job description

Are you looking for a new role as a Quantity Surveyor within the Infrastructure industry?

Then look no further as my Client is looking for a QS to join their team and they are actively interviewing at the moment.

Contract: Temporary

When: ASAP

Where: Sittingbourne

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the contractual side to the project
• Carrying out cost analysis
• Monitoring cost variations and writing reports
• Allocating work to subcontractors and making payments
• Ensuring the project does not exceed the budget

Requirements:

• Working towards a Diploma or Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Knowledge of NEC 3 and 4 Contracts
• NEC 3 or other target cost contract experience
• Ideally experience from a Civils background

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience working within the Water Industry is desirable
• Excellent numeracy
• Intermediate user of Excel and good use of other Microsoft packages
• UK Driving Licence
