The Role

At Creators International School, we believe that studying STEM subjects is the key to understanding the world around us. We believe that by focusing on STEM areas such as mathematics, physics, coding and information technology, we can prepare students for success in a modern technological society.

We are seeking a dynamic, multi-tasking and creative Marketing Officer (Digital) to join our team and lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our school to international prospective day and boarding students, parents, and members of the local and international communities. The Marketing Officer will play a crucial role in driving enrolment and enhancing the school’s visibility and reputation, through strategic marketing initiatives across various platforms. We are looking for someone who will inspire students and families to join our STEM-focused school.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Creators International School with a bang! Make our school the school of choice in the region!

1.      Develop marketing strategy and brand awareness

Collaborate with the leadership team to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the school's purpose and values. Utilise market research and analysis to identify target groups and demographics and formulate effective digital strategies to reach them. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital and print materials to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

2.      Digital marketing

Design and develop the school's online presence, including website management, social media engagement, email marketing campaigns, and search engine optimisation and pay-per-click (SEO & PPC). Create compelling digital content and visuals to engage audiences, showcase the unique nature of our school and drive enrolment.

3.      Printed materials

Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and newsletters, aligned with the strategy and brand guidelines.

4.      Events

Organise and coordinate digital and in-person marketing events, open days, information sessions, and campus tours to attract prospective students and families. Represent the school at digital and in-person community events, fairs, and conferences to promote the school.

5.      Advertising and PR

Plan and implement advertising campaigns across diverse channels, including print, digital, and outdoor media. Develop a press kit and key messages. Arrange interviews with key people in prominent publications and press outlets. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to drive enrolment.

6.      Partnerships

Develop partnerships with local and international student recruitment agencies, community groups and organisations, and educational and business organisations to expand school awareness and build the school's reputation. Collaborate with parent networks to gain their support in marketing initiatives.

7.      Market research

Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about local and international trends, demographics, and best practices. Use data analysis and insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for driving enrolment.

Person Profile and Qualifications

·        Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, basic ability in Spanish is preferable.

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or a related field.

·       Proven experience in marketing, especially digital, preferably in the international education sector.

·       Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.

·       Creative thinker with a keen eye for artistic design.

·       Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the leadership team and engage with diverse members of the local and international communities.

·       Passion for education and a commitment to promoting the purpose and values of the school.
