Job description

CK Group are recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist to join a diagnostics company working field based in the North East on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Daily £200-£230 PAYE or £265-£305 Umbrella

Applications Product Specialist Role:

• Installation and support on our systems
• Customer training
• Troubleshooting, sales and customer support
• Software modifications and product maintenance
• System optimization and consultancy for both the users and internal personnel
• System setup and workflow design

Your Background:

• Previous experience of working in a hospital / research laboratory (strongly desired)
• Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired)
• Knowledge of CustomerRelationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous)
• Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural (strongly desired)

Location:

This role is field based in the North East of England, from Sheffield up to Newcastle, there will be a requirement for off-territory support with travel within the North region primarily, with some UK cover and also to our Head Office in Burgess
