Insolvency Solicitor
3+ years PQE
Cardiff
We are assisting this highly rated law firm in their search for an insolvency solicitor with atleast 3 years' PQE. You will be working on a varied caseload to include corporate restructuring and insolvency as part of their Tier 1 team, dealing with household names, PLCs and blue chip clients.
This busy and varied caseload will include the full range of contentious insolvency work for insolvency practitioners, lenders & financial institutions, companies, directors, creditors and stakeholders.
You will have atleast 3 years' experience of contentious restructuring and insolvency with a reputable firm. Ideally, you will have experience of working with LPA Recievers, but this is not essential.
As the successful candidate, you will be based from the firm's Cardiff office, however, flexible working can be discussed.
