2024 has started and it is going to be a especially busy year for one of my premier clients.

They are a main contractor who have a large order book for the year and their looking for a Site Manager for a project in Croydon.

The project is a strip out and fit out of an existing college which runs for 32 weeks. The idea is that the Site Manager will move over to another project after the initial college is completed.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager who will visit once a week and so the day to day running of the site will be down to the Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Black/ White CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• Extensive and consistent college experience
