Circa GBP65,000 dependent on skills and experience Permanent / Part time (3 days per week)
Based Location – Huntingdon & Home Working Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be Lancaster House, Huntingdon.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to work with our Enabling Functions and wider Group companies. You will deliver excellence through alignment to business objectives, creating and delivering people strategies. Working alongside the People and Change Team you will look to identify areas of improvements across our people processes, products and services to provide a great employee experience and support our Business to achieve their goals. As an important member of the business Senior Leadership Teams you will provide challenge, guidance and coaching, developing strong relationships with senior leaders and their teams to drive people outcomes that help deliver our business objectives.
What does it take to be an HR Business Partner? Demonstrable experience of business partnering in a customer focussed and purpose driven environment is critical to the success of this role. Proven experience as an initiative–taking, commercial and engaging HR leader. Strong influencing skills at a senior level, with the ability to effectively build relationships quickly. Demonstrable experience of collaborative behaviour to support broader HR team capability, skills and experience Trusted, reliable and responsive to your customers.
