About Our Client
Our client is a leader within their industry, and are excited to be offering this newly created role to an passionate and progressive individual with previous experience in L&D. You will report into the Head of Talent, work alongside another Advisor and have the full support of the wider HR team.
Job Description
The L&D Advisor will be responsible for:
- Maintaining LMS, ensuring information is up to date, easy to access and fit for purpose
- Managing the learning inbox, answering questions and resolving queries quickly
- Working with internal stakeholders to create example 'career stories' that brings career pathways to life
- Creation of internal resources including guides, 'how to' videos and documents related to key topics, processes and systems
- Working with in-house and with expert third parties, global solutions which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1- 2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning, microlearning, 360 feedback, etc
- Sourcing external services, including monitoring and evaluating trainer vendors and course providers
- Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of the early careers and grads programmes
- Working with line manager to develop career pathways aligned to growth, L&D and building rotation programmes and support structures that will set apprentices up for success
The Successful Applicant
The ideal L&D Advisor will have the following skills/ qualities:
- Confident user of MS systems including pivot tables, KPI reporting and large databases
- Great attention to detail
- Able to communicate (written and verbal) across all levels of the business
- A passion and desire to learning and grown within an L&D team
- Previous experience in an HR / L&D role
