The position has a competitive salary ranging from £25,958 to £26,972 plus a sleep allowance. The shift pattern includes morning / evening / long day and sleep-in duties.

As Deputy Manager, your fulfilling responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management in running a successful staff team and day-to-day home operations.
- Assisting in the supervision of junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensuring the highest standards of care for the physical, behavioral, and emotional needs of our young individuals.
- Collaborating with senior staff on creating and maintaining placement and risk management plans.
- Supporting young people in daily activities, promoting independence, and encouraging positive social behaviour.
Requirements:
- NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Services or equivalent.
- Essential experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior in a Children's Residential Support Work environment.
- Must be a driver, as transportation of young people may be required.
- Minimum age requirement: 21
- Willingness to work towards or completion of Level 5.
