The Company
This educational establishment is located in a fantastic area of Guildford and offers a permanent job with great work life balance as the hours are 8am - 4:12pm Monday to Friday. The working facilities are superb and is an innovative and diverse environment with a team that is looking to develop and grow over the next 12 months.
They have both commercial and residential buildings which offers a variety of work in both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintaining all Mechanical systems, including statutory inspection and testing where required, to meet current legislative requirements and also to deliver effective and timely response to maintenance demands across the site
Ensure failing plant or assets are reported to the Helpdesk and plant areas are maintained in good condition, ensuring the use of equipment and materials in delivery of maintenance services are appropriate and meet current legislative standards.
As this is a senior role, you will need good planning, organising and prioritising skills, communicating effectively at a senior level.
