Facilities Manager - Hampshire Up to £36,313 per Annum (DOE) Monday - Friday role, some out of hours with business needs
We are seeking a Manager with experience in the multi service facilities management industry to join our team based at Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) in Hampshire!
The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring that the team are focused and attending their duties as delegated. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that any escalations are dealt with in swift and timely manner along with building strong relationships with all members of staff and client on site.
The successful Manager will be responsible for overseeing the following services:
- Maintenance (sub-contractors)
- Reception/Security
- Cleaning
- Catering
- Project work/building refits
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: - To deliver elements within the business plan to achieve current year’s performance.
- To contribute to the annual business, financial and people plan for the contract
- To ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed budgets.
- To coach/support the FM team in the financial delivery of their roles.
- To maintain effective internal and external client and user relationships within area of responsibility.
- To deliver Health and Safety policy and standards.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience: - Proven experience in the soft services facilities management sector
- Delivering multi-site contracts
- Technical bias with knowledge of building maintenance and project work
- Experience in managing a team
- Forward thinking with ability to spot potential improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and client on site.
