This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company maintains the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of our operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and processes, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality, ESG and HSE matters.
• Monitor and analyse quality, ESG and HSE performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality, ESG and HSE.

Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:

• Extensive experience supporting Senior Management Teams with Quality, ESG and HSE.
• In-depth understanding of quality standards and models (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022).

• Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

• Strategic, methodical, logical and detail orientated with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to investigate, document and maintain records accurately.
• Ability to see the “big picture” while paying attention to detail.
• Have a working knowledge of SharePoint and Business Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
