Recruiter seeks recruiter! Trainee - Senior Consultant.
We are looking for the next superstar (or two) to help support, grow and nurture our well established desks in our central Peterborough office. The Best Connection, one of the largest and most successful privately owned recruitment companies in the UK is seeking new consultants for both of our busy divisions, specialising in the Industrial and Driving sectors.
No two days are the same, with multiple clients to service, new clients to bring on and candidates to source. We need outgoing and friendly people who aren't afraid to pick up the phone and bring on new business, whilst servicing our ongoing customers during our busiest year yet.
No Experience? Absolutely Fine, our award winning training and apprenticeships are part of how we develop the best people, and to be honest, the successful candidates drive their own career path and success, so if you haven't considered recruitment before - we would be happy to talk to you.
Experienced? Great, this is a plus and we would love to hear from you and discuss how you can progress your career with us to the next level, Salary Negotiable.
Computer literacy, a good standard of Maths and English, smart appearance, and the ability to work under pressure whilst multitasking are a must, but we also need people who won't be scared by sales calls.
Ideally your own transport would be extremely useful, to carry out client visits, but don't overthink it too much and please apply if you think our office could be for you!
