Job description
This is a unique opportunity to take a pivotal role at one of the leading law firms in the Thames Valley. This role offers far more than just repeat conveyancing work, you will have an active role in your own caseload and how the department operates and its growth moving forward.
On the conveyancing side, you will oversee and undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing, which will mean managing a caseload including Leasehold, New Builds, Help to Buy and shared ownerships. The work is of high quality and high value, and you will assist a broad range of clients, from developers, investors and high-net-worth individuals. You will fully manage your own diverse caseload right through to completion but with the assistance of an excellent support team around you.
In addition, this role comes with lots of responsibility and opportunities to develop your career as a 'go-to' conveyancer in the area. The team wants to be 'no.1' in the Surrey and Hampshire region. It welcomes those with fresh ideas and those who might like to take on marketing initiatives, business development and networking but also those who can deputise for a partner in their absence.

In order to be considered, all you need is to be an experienced conveyancing expert with ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience in conveyancing, but consideration will also be given to strong NQs. You will be an enthusiastic team player, striving to be the best!
