Litigation Paralegal

We are looking for someone who has a broad spectrum of experience that leans heavily towards litigation.

F Barnes are based in Romford, Gidea Park and Collier Row. We have a strong loyal client base having been established in the Havering area for over 65 years. Our fee earners are all specialists in their respective fields and act for a wide range of commercial and private sector clients.

Our aim is to recruit dynamic, forward thinking individuals who wish to be part of our growth and who share the firm's core values.

The Candidate

About the Role

You will be working alongside our Litigation Solicitor, Niroshan David and our Managing Director, Tiina Juhanson assisting with a varied caseload of general civil litigation to include, breach of contract, landlord and tenant, contested probate, building disputes, eviction and debt recovery matters.

We use LEAP case management system, so previous experience with this is of benefit.

The day will be a varied day largely providing support to Niroshan David but to include supporting members of the litigation and family team if required.

You will have the opportunity to expand and grow with the benefit of working with experienced members of our team.

You will be client facing and involved in the caseload you are assisting in.

You should have a passion to provide the most excellent in client care.

Salary: Competitive according to experience

Bonus Scheme: You will be part of the teams bonus scheme

Progression Path: We have a clearly defined progression path for all paralegals

Job Type: Full-time ( although the option for part time would be considered)
