Are you an experienced and talented Head Chef looking for a new opportunity?
Our client in Cambridge City Centre is seeking someone just like you to lead their catering operations!
As Head Chef, you will inspire and lead a kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will develop and execute innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse tastes.
You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation, oversee kitchen operations, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sous or Head Chef in a high-volume establishment, hold a catering qualification or equivalent certification, have experience managing a multi-outlet unit, strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team, and a passion for culinary excellence. Excellent organizational and time management abilities are also essential.
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £35k depending on experience, Bank Holidays off and have the opportunity for career growth and advancement.
This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends if there's an event scheduled. You'll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a passionate team.
