The Banking Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the effective management of operational issues/changes with strategic banks and payments suppliers to focus on driving operational excellence and ensure that all banking partners provide the best possible service to Currencycloud.
The Banking Operations Specialist will be part of a team who are responsible for delivering solutions to any operational issues that require attention from banking partners/PSPs and play an active role in enhancing policies and procedures to ensure that Currencycloud’s Banking and Operations departments are aligned.
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.
2+ years experience in Transactional Operations, or Banking Operations within a Financial Institution, or Financial Technology company
