Job description
To work across all clinical areas and settings (including patients homes) to provide palliative rehabilitative care. Working within own professional boundaries and under the direction of the Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist. Practice an enabling approach, which focuses on maintaining independence and resilience-based palliative care, in order to meet patient need.
