Overview

Location: Kingston-upon-Thames

Salary:Up to £45,000

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work from their London Office. They are a dynamic and successful business looking to enhance their already thriving team with the addition of an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

The successful candidate will report to the Director and be responsible for:

• Running Projects Managing all aspects including arranging and attending Meetings
• Producing Cost Plans
• Preparing Tender Documentation
• Evaluating Quotations
• Preparing Contractual Documentation
• Eporting to the Client on Cost and Project progress
• Keeping track of expenditure
• Regular valuations and sign off invoices and authorise for payment etc.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar background to the above, be computer literate in Word, Excel, MS Project, work under pressure and be an effective communicator and motivator.
