Operations Coordinator / Scheduler - Manchester City Centre

£12.00 per hour - weekly pay

Immediate start, Ongoing temporary Contract

Full time Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week

Office Angels are working alongside a professional consultancy firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Our client requires additional support in their scheduling team, this is an ongoing contract role but has a high probability of going permanent for the right candidate.

Our client is very centrally located and close to local amenities and public transport routes, you will be working with a busy and friendly team, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow and take more responsibility.

The role is varied and the successful candidate's day to day duties are to include:

• Working Hours, full time office based in city centre offices: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week - Alternate start times of either 8:00am - 4:00pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm


• Contacting tenants to book appointments for surveyors to go down and do surveys across the UK - contact via calls, emails or SMS


• Scheduling work for surveyors


• General logistics admin tasks as directed


• Working in a small team
